South Davis Community Hospital receives the Silver Award (formerly called Step Two) National Quality Award presented by the American Health Care Association and the National Center for Assisted Living. As the first facility in Utah to earn this honor, SDCH was one of only 52 facilities nationwide to receive the award recognition for its outstanding performance in the health care profession. Notification of the honor was made in July and SDCH received the award during AHCA/NCAL’s 63rd annual convention in Tampa in October 2012.
