SDCH’s recreation therapy program is recognized as the 2009-2010 recipient of the Utah Recreation Therapy Association (URTA) Outstanding Program Award for it’s dedication to quality therapeutic recreational activities and social enrichment. The goal of SDCH recreational therapists is to embrace the concept of play and social activity as a method for healing and supporting growth and development.
