SDCH proactively implements preventative measures to do all we can to protect residents and staff from COVID-19 (Coronavirus) exposure. Daily updates and recommendations are imposed per directions from the Governor, Utah Department of Health, CMS and from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); as it is an ongoing health issue, we continually amend our policies as needed which affect all employees, residents, patients, families, and visitors to our buildings.
